Glenn Taylor

Glenn is passionate about cultivating the best in others. His life purpose reads: "I am the red-caped hero who defeats mediocrity and sets your life's passion free."

With an open heart, deep intuition, comforting presence and playful style, Glenn coaches his clients towards clarity, authenticity, action and greatness.

As Senior Director of Marketing for the Houston Symphony, Glenn manages award-winning team of marketers and customer service staff, and acutely understands the challenges and rewards of leadership.  After beginning with the Symphony in 2004, Glenn quickly became a rising star – in 5 short years moving from Marketing Assistant to Senior Director of Marketing.

A native Houstonian, Glenn graduated from Loyola University New Orleans in 2003 with a Bachelor of Music in Music Business and a concentration in jazz piano studies.  After returning to Houston, he began his career in marketing.

In total, Glenn has over 8 years of experience in marketing/communications and 5 years in management positions.  He has completed the James P. Shannon Leadership Institute, the League of American Orchestras Executive Leadership Program, and Rice University’s Leadership Program for Professionals. Glenn is also a Consultant with 4Points Leadership, organizing leadership workshops for Houston professionals.  In addition, Glenn is currently a Board Member for the American Marketing Association (AMA) Houston Chapter, serving as Director of the charitable giving program entitled "AMA Houston Gives Back."
